After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Enter it on our Track My Order page. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update. Didn’t get a tracking number? Email us at info@monkfootwear.com.

3. I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Please contact us at info@monkfootwear.com immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll correct it. If it's already on the way, we’ll do our best to help.

10. How do I care for my shoes?

  • Hand wash only with mild detergent

  • Remove insoles/laces before washing
  • Air dry in a well-ventilated space (avoid direct sunlight)
